    Antique Singer Sewing Machine Co. premium from 1900, "The American Singer Series" of songbirds, No. 12, "The Mocking-Bird," featuring original art of the bird on the cover and on the reverse, a description of the bird and, on the lower half of the reverse, an advertisement, "Your 'Singer' Will Pay for Itself," by allowing homemakers to make and mend their own clothes.
    Copyright 1900 by the Singer Manufacturing Co., New York.
    Front includes local retailer's stamp, "A. McCann," and in hand-written ink, the address, 331 N. 5th St., probably in Springfield, Illinois, but uncertain.
    Card measures approximately 6" x 4 1/2".
    Shipped in a semi-rigid top-loader.
